Credit cards available for payment are listed above. Please note that Lsybeauty does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please contact your card-issuing bank for information.

Shipping Guide

We ship worldwide!

Your orders will be shipped from our wholesale offices located in either China Mainland or US Wholesale Offices. Items in stock are shipped within 24 hours; We ship from Monday- Saturday, You will receive a tracking number once your order shipped.

Incorrect address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is correct. Orders are generally shipped in the next business day. If you made an error with your shipping address, please contact us at info@lsyhair.com before order shipment. If your order has already been processed or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned to us. If it does get returned back to our wholesale office, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund. (NOTE: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address, and you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees)
