About LSY Hair
LSY Hair — Xuchang Long Sheng Yuan Hair Products Co., Ltd. — is a human hair manufacturer and wholesale supplier based in Xuchang, Henan, the region that produces most of the world's human hair wigs and extensions. We manufacture for hair brands, distributors, salon groups and online sellers, and we ship from our own factory in China and from our warehouse in Chicago.
Three generations in the hair trade
Our family's involvement in hair started with sourcing and trading raw material, not with manufacturing. That background is where our understanding of grade, origin and supply channels comes from.
The second generation built the factory. Industry knowledge was turned into written specifications and structured production: raw hair selection, ventilation, dyeing, styling and quality control each became a defined step with its own checkpoints.
Today the third generation runs the business and has added digital operations and e-commerce across B2B and B2C platforms, so we deal with buyers directly rather than only through intermediaries.
What has not changed across the three generations is the way we work: agree the specification, hold it, and keep the same reference for every reorder.
Manufacturing
Our production facility covers more than 8,800 square metres and operates on standardized workflows rather than individual craft batches. Raw hair is graded on arrival, ventilated and styled to the approved specification, then checked again before packing.
Beyond our own lines, we work with dozens of long-term partner factories in Xuchang. That lets us cover the full range of wig categories and respond to demand we would not be able to serve from a single plant — while quality is still checked against one shared reference.
We have supplied through Alibaba.com as a verified manufacturer for more than two decades.
A warehouse in Chicago
International shipping alone cannot support fast-moving wholesale. We hold stock in our own Chicago warehouse so that US buyers can replenish without waiting on production or customs.

In practice this removes three of the usual friction points: customs clearance is no longer in the critical path, freight cost drops because goods are already in the country, and mixed or seasonal orders can be topped up instead of committed months ahead. Inventory is controlled on a regular cycle, which is what keeps fill accuracy high.

We sell on Shopify, Shein, Temu, TikTok Shop and Alibaba.com ourselves, so we see demand data rather than estimates. Stock in Chicago is built around SKUs that are proven to move, not around projections. That keeps availability high on the items buyers reorder and keeps the inventory structure turning instead of ageing.
